About the Office

Farouk Eslam, architect, provides architectural and interior design, consultation and engineering supervision services from his office in Fleming, Alexandria. Our aim is to turn your idea and needs into practical, beautiful and sustainable spaces, and to accompany you from the first idea to handover.

Our services:
- Engineering studies and consultations: studying the idea, the site and the requirements before starting.
- Architectural design: plans and façades that combine beauty and function.
- Interior design: layout, details and finishes that suit your way of life.
- Sustainable solutions: orientation, insulation, shading and ventilation to reduce running costs.
- Engineering supervision: following up execution and its conformity with the drawings and specifications.
- Complete execution: delivering the project on a turnkey basis when agreed.

How do we work? We start by understanding your needs, then design the solutions, then prepare the planning and details, and finish with execution and follow-up. We agree the scope of work and fees with you in writing before starting.
